The Workspaces page lists everything your company is making, one compact row per workspace, grouped under department headers. This page covers keeping it organised as your company grows.

Before you start

You need at least one workspace. The coach creates your first one at handoff, or you can create one yourself here.

The page

Select Workspaces in the sidebar. Each row shows the workspace’s name and either its published address or Not published. Above the list:
  • A search box.
  • Filter pills: My workspaces, Recently viewed, Starred.
  • A New workspace button.
Your ten most recently opened workspaces also appear in the sidebar under Recent Workspaces, so you rarely need this page just to get back to work.

Departments

Workspaces are grouped by department, in this order: Engineering · Design · Legal · Marketing · Hiring · Research · Finances A new workspace starts in Engineering. To move one, open the row’s menu and pick Department, then the destination. Departments only group the list — a workspace behaves the same wherever it sits.

Create a workspace directly

The coach usually creates workspaces for you at handoff, but you can start one by hand.
1

Select New workspace

A dialog appears: New workspace — name it and pick the department it belongs to.
2

Fill it in

  • Name — up to 80 characters.
  • Department — where it files in the list.
  • First task (optional) — the prompt reads What should this workspace start on?. Whatever you write becomes the Builder’s opening message.
3

Create it

Expected result: the workspace opens, and if you gave it a first task, the Builder starts on it.

The row menu

Each row’s menu holds:

Delete a workspace

Deleting is permanent, and it takes your published site with it.
Delete ? Its chats, files, and published site will be gone for good. Type delete to confirm.
Deleting a workspace also retires its yourname.skarmy.ai address permanently — the name cannot be claimed again, by you or anyone else. If the site matters, leave the workspace alone.

Verify

  • Your workspace appears under the department you chose.
  • The Starred filter shows what you starred.
  • A deleted workspace is gone from the list and its address no longer serves.
